Spora as a metaphor of seed and dissemination, allows easy moving in and out which meets a contemporary need within a population in constant move and change. Based on a modular design, it's a disassembled table that achieves a significant production efficiency and portability which directly impacts on the sustainability of the product. Its material engineering maximizes the qualities of components which makes it possible to reduce its volume and, most importantly, increases the life of the table compared to other furniture. We use responsible materials such as adhesives derived from potato starch and working with FSC certified wood in a cross laminated timber board and veneer made from recycled textiles with a potato binder. Through design and material selection, it strives to restore the relationship with the user by offering part replacement and repair options, while its design raises awareness and promotes the concept of circularity and product sustainability.
